On June 3, 2026, the ATC Shanghai International Automotive Technology and Components Exhibition opened as scheduled at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. During the event, Haitian Optics unveiled its second-generation fully automated laser coating production line for brake discs along with an integrated solution, drawing widespread attention from the industry.
Laser cladding technology, by depositing a highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy coating on brake disc surfaces, significantly extends their service life while reducing particulate emissions, making it the core technological solution for complying with Euro 7 and future China National VI emission standards. Against this backdrop, Haitian Optics & Machinery has consistently focused on advancing laser cladding equipment, driving a comprehensive transformation in brake disc manufacturing from traditional methods to green, intelligent production processes.
