Oversized Molding - Unmanned Intelligent Manufacturing - Haitian Laser Machinery invites you to 2025 TCT Asia 3D Printing Exhibition!
The first batch of 3D 5-axis laser cutting machines independently developed by Haitian Laser Machinery was delivered to customers.
On January 5, 2024, the first three 3D 5-axis laser cutting machines independently developed by Haitian Laser Machinery were shipped to Shanghai and successfully delivered to customers.
With the emergence and application of automotive thermoforming technology, an automotive thermoforming production line generally needs to be equipped with 4-5 sets of 3D 5-axis laser cutting machines, and the market demand is exploding. Up to now, there are nearly 450 automobile thermoforming production lines in the world, and the demand for 3D five-axis laser cutting machine is about 2,000 sets, among which there are nearly 170 thermoforming production lines in China, and the demand for 3D five-axis laser cutting machine is about 700 sets.

Haitian Laser Machinery is committed to providing customers with laser intelligent equipment and complete sets of solutions. Relying on Haitian Group's strong technical research and development capabilities and production and processing manufacturing capabilities, it took only one year to develop a successful three-dimensional five-axis laser cutting machine tool, which has been widely noticed and praised by the industry.

The 3D 5-axis laser cutting machine developed by Haitian Laser Machinery utilizes a cantilevered structure, which is characterized by more stable speed and higher precision. The machine combines dynamic and static stiffness and static strength tests, and thermal characteristic analysis to get the best stiffness field and temperature field of the whole machine, and finally obtains both economic and lightweight structure design.
Mao Jie, general manager of the laser technology business group of Haitian Laser Machinery, said that the company has received domestic orders one after another in 2024, and this shipment is the first batch of orders.
